Envision Your Future is a non-clinical, strength-based, positive youth development program with modules for Youth, Facilitators, Teachers and Parents. Envision Your Future was developed to connect with this generation, know as Millennials, kids born after 1980 and raised with technology. Realizing that this generation does not respond to more layers of information, but rather to finding their own answers, Envision Your Future is based on Cognitive Field Theory, Motivational Interviewing and Self Determination Theory. These concepts and theories are used in such away that both professional and non-degreed people can be taught to facilitate this transformational system. It is Socratic (questioned-based) in its application, highly interactive and experiential.

Envision Your Future for Youths is based on the 4 Cornerstones of Success. The 4 Cornerstones are anchored in relationships to (1) Self (2) Others (3) Values (4) Money/Resources. Each school year the students develop these relationships, at varying depths, depending on their age. For example, as youths mature in relationships, they evolve from self and home life to school, classmates, teachers and later, to more intimate relationships.

The program consists of Envision Your Future Modules from 6th through 12th grades. Each Module consists of six Master Classes of 90 minutes each.

Modules can be implemented starting at the 5th, 6th or 7th grade levels. Accelerated versions, covering a weekend or a few weeks, are provided for older groups and adjudicated youth. Each school year typically consists of the six 90-minute Master Classes guided by a trained Envision Your Future facilitator. In-between the Master Class, the teacher or counselor follows up with weekly or bi-monthly Envision Your Future activities and journaling. The students are given a workbook for the particular module they are working on and the teacher or counselor is supplied with an Envision Your Future Study Guide. Envision Your Future is portable and is adaptable to the requirements for challenged and adjudicated youth programs. Envision Your Future complies with Education Standards and Benchmarks and cultivates 17 of the 20 Internal Assets from the 40 Developmental Assets (Internal) as defined by Search Institute.

Envision Your Future for Facilitators is a 2-day intensive certification training for individuals interested in bringing the program back to their youth venue. A full-day training is required for each additional new module they present to students. Facilitator effectiveness is monitored through regular meetings, consultations and feed-back from the classroom.

Envision Your Future for Teachers gives teachers a hands-on understanding of Envision Your Future and how to better connect with their students (Millennials). Teachers, Principals, Counselors and appropriate staff are given a half day experiential workshop before the first Envision Your Future Master Class is given. Each teacher is given an Envision Your Future Curriculum, which includes a copy of the student workbook and the interim activities for supporting and implementing Envision Your Future in their classroom. During the in-class facilitation, teachers participate with their students. This is proven to build solidarity and improved behavior in the classroom.

Envision Your Future for Parents invites parents to experience Envision Your Future and gain an understanding on how to better connect and communciate with their children (Millennials). By working with the principles for their own life, they develop first-hand knowledge of what they need for their own dreams and what they need to do to support the dreams of their children. By going through the process, they gain the skills and tools to assist their children in achieving what they envision for their future. There are three 1 to 2 hour workshops during the school year. Parents are provided materials to support and blueprint theirs and their children's progress.
